A legal Jordanian frame with full,
partial and external business partnerships in UAE, Saudi Arabia,
Egypt, Tunisia, USA and Great Britain. The Group consists of six
legal services unites;

These six units follow three
registered and official entities:
- Arab
Center for Law Studies & High Technology;
A Center for researches, studies, training courses and conferences
where its activities focus on the Effects of High Technology
(Communicating and Computing Technology) and the effects of the
International Trade Agreement over the legal system.
- IP
& ADR Arab Center ( Intellectual Property and Alternative Dispute
Resolution Arab center) . An Office
for Legal services and registering all kind of IP works especially
the digital ones; it is also one of the first centers for
Alternative Dispute Resolution either by negotiation, mediation or
by arbitration.
- Arab
Law Net, A firm that managing an Arab legal Information
Project through Internet with the participation of many alliances
from, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Syria,
Lebanon and Egypt.

Law and Information Technology encyclopedia;
The Union of Arab Banks has
adopted one of the most important projects of Advocate Younis Arab
that is the" Law and IT encyclopedia" which consists of 10 books
divided between 5 major sections, issued by the Union according to
agreed publishing plan. These published books have been locally,
Arab and internationally awarded, the last one was the award of the
best book for the year 2002 . These books which are printed,
published and distributed of this encyclopedia till this time are:

Beirut 2001- this book consists of a technical introduction about
the revolution of technology and automation means, a general
analysis for the effects of Technology over legislations and

procedures and others, an introduction to Computer Law on "
Information security, privacy, digital works IP, E-commerce,
E-business, E-government, international investment activities and

Forth: Regular & contractual
training activities and media lectures:
Since 1998 till January 2002, Advocate
Arab performed 56 local and Arab training programs where each course
gain around 8-30 training hours, these programs were divided between
regular frame; according to Arab L@w
Group strategically plans and contractual one according
to the request of official, private, local and Arab authorities.
These courses cover all the fields pertaining to Banks, stocks,
international commerce, marine, insurance and computer Laws and the
use of internet in the legal work. Advocate Arab had also held many
Arab and local lectures on T.V channels as well as interviews with
media.
